This policy explains what data SavvyWallet processes and why. SavvyWallet is operated by NextEpochs (Mike Gazzaruso).

Data we collect

Account data: your email address and password (stored only as a hash).

Financial data you enter: income, expenses, budgets, goals, recurring payments, and the sentences you type/speak in Smart Entry.

Preferences: language, currency, theme and profile settings.

How we use it

To provide the service: store and show your transactions, budgets, goals and insights.

To power Smart Entry and the AI assistant.

AI processing (OpenAI)

The text you type in Smart Entry and the assistant, together with a compact summary of your data, is sent to OpenAI to generate the response. We do not use your data to train models.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: your sign-in session and your language/theme preferences. No tracking or third-party cookies.

Email

We send transactional emails (Early Access confirmation, account approval) via our mail server.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account exists. You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
